Our company brings a different approach to land acquisition. You will find our unique philosophy on development is different from most companies.  Our intent is to do all of the studies, find the eventual buyer, and help bring the package to closure. This approach allows you to profit from your land ownership to the fullest extent; not just sell the property to a developer who will see the maximized profits.  Several that we have witnessed over the years do not seem to care about the impact to the owners or neighbors around them.  We are sensitive to development issues and the impact that you and others may endure.   We are  receptive to your needs; and are willing to listen to ideas that you may have, including the possibility of having you remain as an owner or hold a piece of the property.  We also have relationships with Financial Planners and will gladly put you in touch with those professionals should the need arise.  We have worked with builders, large and small; and welcome the opportunity to speak with you.  Our background includes Real Estate Brokerage, Class A General Contracting, Engineering and Project Management.
